Most bonus funds at 22rs carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirement (e.g., 10× or 20× the bonus amount) is stated in the offer terms. Wagering on odds below 1.5 may not count towards completion.
All bonus funds and free-play credits at 22rs expire within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Where a technical disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the actual game result as captured by the studio system. 22rs does not void settled live game bets on the grounds of player connectivity issues. If the disconnection is caused by a technical fault on the 22rs platform itself, the affected bet will be settled according to the recorded game outcome or voided and stakes returned where no outcome was recorded.
